Hello everyone! Welcome to the form to order your Swannanoa Gathering 2020 Benefit T-Shirts!
The cost for each shirt is $25 (including shipping) for sizes from SM through XL, with slight upcharges for larger sizes, see below chart!
All net proceeds will be donated to the already-established "The Swannanoa Gathering Gifts" fund at WWC, which the Gathering can use to benefit areas most needed.

HOW TO ORDER:
- Decide how many shirts you want of each size.
- Total up your order and send the appropriate amount via PayPal to bobhicks@cheerful.com -
MAKE SURE you set the transaction to "Sending money to friends or family"; that ensures the fees PayPal charges aren't applioed and cut into the funds the Gathering gets! - You can use a credit card to pay, you do NOT have to link a bank account to PayPal!
- IMPORTANT - When setting up the PayPal payment, there is a MEMO field in the app and on the website. In this field, you MUST include your name, address, and the quantities and sizes of shirts you want, or else we will not know what to send you or where to send it!
- If you cannot use PayPal, contact Phil Traynor (phil@philtraynor.com) for Venmo information, or contact Bob Hicks (bobhicks@cheerful.com) for information on sending a personal check.
- When the ordering period is over and closed, and our full order is collected, the shirts will then be manufactured and shipped to you, it will take a few weeks to receive and distribute the shirts. We appreciate your patience!
